Meet Your Instructor
Karen Williams
RN, Certified Aromatherapist, and educator
Karen was first introduced to the incredible healing powers of essential oils through her work as a registered nurse. She was hooked from the start. Combining her love of plants and nature with her focus on health and wellness, the world of essential oils and aromatherapy was the perfect fit.
Following her new passion, Karen became a certified aromatherapist and went on to conduct independent research into the internal use of essential oils, distilling essential oils and hydrosols, and using essential oils with animals.
As Karen expanded her studies at Aromahead Institute, she became fast friends with our founder, Andrea Butje. Today, Karen is the Co-owner and Lead Sourcer at Aromatics International and Co-director of Education at the Aromahead Institute.

Jenny Williams
M.Ed., Certified Aromatherapist, and educator
Jenny's love of learning and teaching has been a constant thread throughout her life. As a high school English teacher, she established a classroom culture of trust and collaboration.
Jenny first discovered her interest in essential oils on a trip to a distillery in the French countryside. She watched the transformation of delicate pink roses into fragrant essential oil and hydrosol. Moved by the distiller's passion and commitment to the old-world craft, Jenny began her own journey into the world of aromatherapy.
Today, she is a certified aromatherapist, Co-owner of the Aromahead Institute, and Co-director of Education, where she shares her inclusive teaching style and passion for essential oils with students worldwide.
